“FinCEN BOI Good News!
So a little over an hour from the deadline for filing the BOI report with FinCEN we received great news.
The vast majority of companies are now exempt from filing this report, only Foreign Companies from foreign nations, that also registered in the USA are now subject to the BOI Report.
Details in the screenshot, and the link follows. Thank you @SecScottBessent for listening to us. And thanks FinCEN you did under the hard deadline of 8 pm EST today.”
