Hide/block RSS/ATOM feeds, bots, reposts, "nameless" accounts:

Make a new page:
- What do you like to do with RSS/ATOM? Show(Default) / Hide / Block
- What do you like to do with bot posts? Show(Default) / Hide / Block
- What do you like to do with reposts? Show(Default) / Hide / Block
- What do you like to do with nameless accounts? Show(Default) / Hide / Block
- Posts not matching your setup language(s)? Show(Default) / Hide / Block

With nameless accounts I mean those who don't have at least a nickname set.

- Show: Default behavior
- Hide: The typical "Post is hidden" with a "Show" button is shown instead
- Block: Even the above message isn't shown

This would cut down our blocklists a lot I guess? Mine is already 770+ long.
