Meloxicam. I saw his rash and asked if he was taking Advil, since that's a common offender. I knew he had taken it sometimes for his arthritis. He said no, and I didn't realize his doctor had switched him to a different drug in the same class. The ER doc didn't catch it, maybe didn't see the drug in the record? Anyway, his dermatologist then worked him in and was the one to make the right call.
