My wife was injured today while hiking in Israel. She'll be fine, but she spent hours at the hospital being treated and tested to rule out internal injuries.
Because this happened on a Friday (the weekend in Israel is Friday/Saturday), the travel insurance office was closed, so she had to pay out-of-pocket for later reimbursement.
