Some of the statements in this are not accurate and sound more like a fantasy. I font know the writer, dont follow, but Elon never turned off the internet. It was never turned on. And Elon has no authority with military to turn it off on his whim if it was turned on. I will see if i can find Elons interview and statement again where he explains all this.
