Had a very interesting discussion yesterday – read carefully, but only at your own RISK, your brain might get DAMAGED! 😅
It seems like there are people who just want to collect nonsense reactions/likes/hearths and watch nonsense short videos on the “most popular platforms” to feel relevant. 🤣
We were talking about relationships between men and women, and I mentioned a few couples here on Nostr, saying that it seems they have good relationships. Then this guy started shouting at me, asking how I could possibly know that. He said something like, “How can you know anyone on dead Nostr, where there’s almost no one compared to Instagram? How do you know they have good relationships?” 🤣🤣🤣
Then he started ranting about women again, saying they’re all pretty much the same because it’s just “naturally” that way, and they need to listen to us MEN, as Andrew says. I told him I’m not interested in such extremism, and he responded with something that made me laugh inside – “But I know Tate!”
So I asked him how he could know Tate when he just told me I can’t know anyone on Nostr. And, of course, he hit me with another gem: “Because Instagram is the biggest platform right now, and creators post almost everything there, you cant know nothing when you have only death Nostr.”
I died a little inside after that, NGL…
