Good morning! How about chanting for your 5 minute meditation today? Its really easy. A great one to start your day off is just saying the sound of a long letter “O” . (As in go) You inhale and on the exhale say out loud the “O” in a long drawn out way “ooooooooooo” for the length of your exhale breath. Repeat for your 5 minutes. Eyes are closed and looking up at your brow point.

This sound will bring your mind out of the night energy of dreams and sleep. It also will bring in the energy of safety and purpose as it grounds you at the first chakra , the Root Chakra Muladhara; EARTH .
