I really need someone who is British to explain to me like I am a 5 year old child, what is going on with their idea of ‘pudding’. Pudding, to Americans, is like a sweet sort of milk/tapioca dessert.
Yorkshire Pudding is like a bread donut(?) covered in gravy. Sometime it even involves a sausage product(??) I was always under the impression that ‘pudding’, in English terms, always referred to any type of dessert. Apparently, I was WAY off on that one.
