It's very unlikely on a laptop you'd even be able to expose enough physical ports to completely occupy the host controller, and the operating system almost certainly has support for those USB devices already so just wire everything together like that and save needing custom bus hardware and needing to write drivers. (Although IME integrated webcams usually aren't plain USB video class devices and do need special drivers for some reason)
