Get the Qerko app. Search for restaurants. You can add BTC as a payment method. You scan the code on the table, you'll see your consumation, open your Lightning wallet. Pay. Done. Restaurant owners, waiters don’t even know that you pay them with BTC.
There are also shops accepting BTC natively find them on BTCmap.org
