Here are the instructions #AllOfUs sent me for how to withdraw consent and ask them to delete your samples:
1. Log into your All of Us account
2. Click the avatar or "person" icon on the top right hand corner.
3. Click on "Agreements"
4. Look for "Consent to take part in the All of Us Research Program" and click "How do I stop participating?"
5. Click "Start Withdraw"
