They spend all season developing characters who are genuinely likable and way more interesting than the main character and his overpowered psychopath bullshit brigade, then they throw all of the new likable characters into a woodchipper at the end of the season in one way or another.

There was a whole season about some pleasant and compelling lizard people who get enslaved by the main character. Lizardmen!

But Clementine here got her own videogame where you can simulate killing a bunch of them. And wouldn't you know it, my least favorite one shows up, which is this shitty little bug monster wearing an anime girl face plate.
