I’m curious about your general local, that there’s enough of a market for alpha-gal-free food that a business caters to it. It’s frustrating how virtually none around here do, except by accident.
It’s tempting to want there to be more people requesting that mammal foods be clearly labeled. But I’d never wish this affliction on my worst enemy.
Plus I fear this would add fuel to the fiery demonization of eating meat. :P
