I went to the intake appointment for a #clinicalTrial this morning. The research coordinator had me fill out several forms and surveys on his computer. Alas, the browser had form autofill enabled, so I was able to see the answers provided in text fields by previous study participants, which is, y'know, kind of a #HIPAA violation.
