Pissed at OpenTofu for their convoluted debian install instructions.

It uses 2 keys for signing and obtained in 2 different ways. I could figure out how to do that using the Ansible Deb822 module and resorted to just running the commands in a shell (using Ansible or not doesn't really matter at this point)
This breaks the whole point of doing building things in a reproducible manner.
