I have been doing a dev pipeline in PHP for Sybil, too.
It's like:
composer install
linter
PHP Unit
Allure
Send note to my devops npub upon FAIL
That last bit will come in handy, with #Alexandria, as it's a website we'll be monitoring with a Selenium smoke test that runs every hour, in additional to the normal service-status monitoring page.
