Ending up paralytically drunk to the point of near coma, so that anyone could do anything to you - and (a) you wouldn't remember and (b) if you tried to say anything about it, they'd just go "But you were drinking."
It's the perfect spiking crime. There's no traceable drug, because it's the same substance you were voluntarily drinking anyway (just that you were intending to drink it in much smaller quantities which wouldn't have had such an effect), any court and jury is going to victim blame the hell out of you, plus being absolutely bladdered renders you every bit as helpless as being drugged.
