I need help! I asked for extraordinary termination of my O2 contract (by snail mail as their customer service instructed me) because of their criminally low speeds, and attached measurements from when the connection worked because it was often slower than my dial up connection in the nineties and unable to reach the servers for measurement. Got a letter stating that they terminated it, in June next year, when it regularly expires 🤬🤬🤬

I do not have legal insurance but it is a matter of spite now and I'm willing to pay more than it would cost me to put up with them for a year and 3 months more, as long as the money doesn't go to them. I need a lawyer who has had success previously against O2. I am in Heidelberg but am willing to travel anywhere in Germany if need be.

If justice in Germany is done by journalism instead, like in the corrupt country I originate from, please help me find a journalist willing to write about it.
