based on the info we have, I don't think people should believe that he is actually committed to working out a better economic system for most Americans. there's many other things he could be doing and on these tariffs, they are not being done in a smart or careful way.
but I am sympathetic to separating main street from wall street. I think universal health care and pulling back on the military would freak out the stock market but be an overall good for Americans.
