"content": "nostr:npub1cuscsrz6efq99ptktk26x58v4yqy9y46ytp8xw4rjjwq0wlt6znst66789 as I used melatonin often: usually it's advisable to start with 1mg and go to 2 or more if it doesn't work, melatonin is not a drug or sleeping pill, it's a substance already in the body that might need to be tweaked for a series of reason, I usually am good with 1mg and in case with 2mg sleep quite deeply, the periods I use it.\nAs a note: in most of Europe, if not the whole, it's now illegal (hope I'm not wrong, but pretty sure) to sell pills with more than 1mg because that's the gradual dosage that should be followed.\n\nSo to recap, 4mg of drops sounds like a lot to me.",
