"content": "This show should be a companion piece in anthropology classes. Western European restaurants always have some egomaniac owner or chef who needs to be stopped. Meanwhile, Southern European restaurants always revolve around some family drama. Then we have jewish restaurants which are a food-related microcosm of globohomo, with scamming and humiliation rituals.\n\nThis time we got an Italian restaurant, tho. :darktroll: Mama Maria's, ran by **John**, the son of the founders who died 10 years prior. He's living in the past and, despite being the owner, continues to make the pizzas in the pizzeria next door (no clue why this place is two places, but that's the plot).\n\nThe place is not doing so well as in 1959 when it opened. Ramsay is presented a plate of desserts. They are meant as a showcase so the customers choose what they like. He inspects the showcase. There's mold in the samples.
