interesting, maybe just nothing they want in the area, or they've found more densely populated areas more advantageous for foraging. I suspect why they keep turning up in the city here in Melbourne (there's been a few lately).
Unfortunately their numbers are exploding, unchecked, in the bush here, which isn't great as they have no natural predators to keep the numbers down
