I need to start buying solar panels, and storage batteries. Even if I start with a single panel, and gradually start adding to it, within a few years I'll be mostly self-sufficient for electricity.
Alongside that, I need to learn more about permaculture, and start putting my large rear garden to productive use.
Current plan is to build a smallish poly-tunnel, to greatly extend the time frame during which I can grow things.
