Every quarterly opco team meeting there are more Indians in the call. They don't say anything, much less participate. I don't know what they do. Their titles are all software engineer or IT manager, but our opco doesnt develop software - the parent company handles all of it. But every quarterly call there's another one.
I'm nowhere near retirement age. But I can see what's on the horizon.
