How are Israel's (US) weapons designed to do the opposite, as in what way? Because I've watched livestreams and all I seen was death from above that levels entire buildings.

Tell you one thing, I can believe that there was few hundred people huddled in a small medical unit after enduring a week of death from above, however, another alleged atrocity- that happened in an entirely different century than this one - I personally have grave doubts regarding the logistics involved in carrying out said atrocity.
