I'm not so sure about this. LLms mostly learn from data. If the vast majority of data that would be available from for example the current point LLM generated, then there is no new insight to be gained.
I'm not against it's use but can see its limitation and ceiling that can't be broken because of how it's fundamentally works. If another branch of AI that isn't LLM based comes out, that's a different story but with LLMs, there is a ceiling that just can't be surpassed. And that might be good enough for most. Just something to keep in mind.
