I mostly agree. I question the motivation of those making these choices. I doubt these choices are as pragmatic as they are being sold... the 'Only Harris ' can get those funds line, for example. I guarantee that if she dies in a plane crash, those funds will suddenly become available. And I bet the same rules would apply if someone else won the nomination.
