Especially with companies with a large number of local (US) employees and/or production I suspect many of them will not change anything in their procedures and approach to sustainability (which is conveniently left out in conversation but also attacked) and diversity except for being more neutral in communication. If you're Apple you can raise a middle finger to this shit (shame them for not doing so), but much smaller companies will have a hard time balancing.
