That's a very strange reason. Maybe they mean they didn’t see enough people posting, so those who posted frequently were filling up their feeds?
Seems like an easy fix — follow more people, unfollow the people whose frequent posts you don’t like.
But it doesn’t really matter. People will get nostr at the price they deserve.
