You can criticize the services rendered, but that doesn’t invalidate the need for the payment. No payment, no services. And while a fully anarchistic state is valid in theory, the fact is, most people aren’t willing to take on that kind of responsibility.
And you can definitely move if you don’t like it. Not sure where you got that argument from.
