If you ever find yourself in NYC you are bored and having nothing to do and have no money, listen to me. Jump on the 6 train heading south. There is this wild subway stop that nobody knows about that has been closed off from the public for decades.
The 6 heading south technically terminates at I think Wall, which there be an announcement saying all passengers must leave the train. Stay on. Jump to the right side of the train with a window. The 6 does a huge loop to become the 6 heading north, but by doing so, it goes through the City Hall stop.
It’s not a stop anymore but the MTA always keeps it immaculate because only they are allowed to see it. It’s completely marble w fountains and hanging gardens and light shining from the sidewalk above. If I’m not mistaken, this is where the subway scene in ghostbusters 2 was filmed.
