Gotcha well explained, and from what I take from what you’ve written I wholeheartedly agree with what you’ve expressed regarding bodily autonomy.

I will say that there is a strong interconnectedness between property ownership and rights as I see it and from what I’ve studied in my examination of history. If you give away millions of acres of land as a means for a group to establish an economic base you are also giving those groups “rights”.

Similarly if you deny, legally repossess or exclude groups from owning land/property you in fact are saying the exact opposite…one has no “rights” or are not entitled to “rights”, wouldn’t you say?
