I was fixing to say - you mean twitter ISNT an HOA?
Twitter feels more like an HOA than anywhere I've been on Masto. At least if I piss someone on masto off and get "banned" Its literally just from that one server so meh.
Its just like a forum. I swear people have forgotten how communities work on the internet.
