My vote would be for pan-fried in bacon grease. So yummy.
Hubby would want to use his little fryer full of "vegetable oil" though. He thinks I'm nuts about seed oils.
The jam would be a lot of sugar but would be an interesting flavor we can't get off the shelf.
It'll come down to how I feel that day, probably.
