I think it's pretty safe to say that if its on the open internet for free, they will use it for free and act accordingly.

If suing them isn't going well for the New York Times, aka the biggest newspaper in the world, it's not gonna go well for anyone else either.

I don't have a problem having my stuff available cause I enjoy AI. However, people need to come to reality and protect themselves if they don't like it.
