Apparently your definition of a war crimes is "anything Israel does". Hezbollah has been indiscriminately attacking Israeli civilians for the past year, which actually IS a war crime. Anyone who had one of these pagers was part of Hezbollah's military command structure. They are legitimate military targets. Military communications networks like this are also legitimate military targets. It's not a war crime just because you hate Israel. You need more than that.
