This value is seen in 2 distinct ways
1. Gain value by helping others. People pleasing
2. Gaining value in objects / money / fame / achievements
Neither fulfill. They are both hamster wheels that you will have to run on until you see the prison nature of them.
Freedom from them comes from turning inwards.
You must be still to observe them.
This non doing - observing, will do everything.
