I biked to the studio in the rain, and forgot to bring extra trousers. I messaged my husband to mildly complain about working in damp trousers. He replied, "well, just take them off and let them dry." "Uhuh, sure" was my response, thinking he was being comically wink-wink.
And this is when a handmade smock comes in handy and I have to admit he's right.
