The sanctioned Russian tanker General Skobelev left St. Petersburg on the 22nd December. It has now joined up with the Sparta II and both are "officially" sailing to Port Said, Egypt.
Unofficially, they are both almost certainly heading to Tartus to assist in the evacuation.
