Add some NIP-51 helpers and stuff to AppleSauce https://hzrd149.github.io/applesauce/modules/applesauce_lists.html
In theory it supports encrypted mute and bookmark lists. although its not integrated into noStrudel yet since at this point I'm testing to see if the package structure works
