I've decided to give up coffee because it just hasn't been agreeing with me. Lots of anxiety, heart palpitations... The works.
Well, I'm on day four of caffeine withdrawals right now. My head is pounding, my whole body aches, my eyes are sensitive to light.
And the most perverse thing about all of this? I only drink decaf because I'm so sensitive to caffeine.
