I continue to be amazed by the difference between a protocol and a platform. With nostr, and bitcoin, the network effects exist at the protocol level with multiple platforms able to interface with it. So you get a composable architecture where platforms can improve and compete on a shared, open, persistent protocol. It’s what people get wrong in the “Bitcoin is MySpace” argument.
