I have gotten my fall 5G signal upgrade and so should you. At a minimum, get an updated Covid & Flu vaccine, and strongly consider Mpox.
[I discovered that Mpox isn't being distributed to the CVS pharmacies inside Target, only the ones inside regular CVS stores. But rollout has apparently been patchy and it's worth calling ahead to check.]
