You know with all the supposed support my community has on the surface in Ireland, I've seen year on year erosion of trans people's rights and safety ever since I came out 7 years ago. More violence, more transphobic politicians & media and near complete collapse in healthcare. It's really disheartening. I used to think Ireland had something going for it, I hoped the set backs and deteriorations might bring about action and greater change but not anymore.
