You use WiFi.
Almost everyone does.
It typically operates on 2 bands.
2.4GHz & 5GHz
2.4 GHz = Longer range but slower speeds
5 GHz = Shorter range but faster speeds
When you setup your WiFi,
Both bands are TURNED ON by default.
That's why you see 2 WiFi names,
One ending with 2.4G & the other one with 5G
(This 5G has nothing to do with the wireless 5G on your phone)
Both WiFi bands are on = Double the radiation
You don't need that.
Turn it off.
