"content": "nostr:npub1typ5we79rr527q30467hfz8ptfy0h8gxpmfn7j64ak6pk6pv4rfszzc8hh absolutely! Digit separators are one of the things (but not the only thing) that I'm looking forward to in C23.\n\nAs I noted a couple of years ago when reading nostr:npub136uguy8ku34awrmlf0hu0w0z2d8nda4dfgpjvxnp7dwrsmlk4cxsklwm2a's update on the process:\n\n\"The digit separators might even make me less skeptical when students insist that 0b011111111000000000000000000000 is more readable than 0x7F800000\"\n\nWhat's funny is that for all the people who agreed with me, no one noticed that the binary literal has only 30 bits instead of 32. Which emphasizes the point (and was also an actual student error).",
