I'm at a school Teams thing where they are talking about a bunch of things but one bit of it is "resilience" and despite how important they seem to think it is and how good they seem to think it is, I'm yet to see "resilience" turn out to be anything other than an out for people in authority who should choose to reign in shitty behaviour but instead frame victims as not being sufficiently able to be abused.
