I thought the change in licensing (and community positioning) associated with #HashiCorp around #terraform was weird and signaled bigger problems. It's not that the company suddenly opposed open source software development. They need cash. And fast. 😔
I like HashiCorp. They are one of the only alternatives to managing vast compute resources on prem or in a hybrid cloud outside of Google/AWS/Azure. I hope this work doesn't get dropped.
