Why must sleeping be so difficult?
I quite enjoy it when it works.
That APAP mask for sleep apnea was supposed to fix my problem with waking up every hour or so. I still wake up, I just don't wake up with a full body jerk because I quit breathing.
I lost count of how many times I woke up last night / this morning before my alarm went off.
As per the memes, I was dead asleep when my alarm finally did go off.
