I’m a little disappointed with the facile reporting on the war in Gaza. For example, npub1lyqjz2k6t0jkxyewwwupfugsuej7wucn9xzawgzdleqhq3xm27nq5pc6u4 (npub1lyq…c6u4) just reported, “There have been at least 200 attacks on health-care facilities…”
I don’t believe that’s true. There’s probably been 200 instances of health-care facilities damaged collateral to IDF attacks. There have not been 200 hospitals directly targeted by the IDF.
There’s a huge difference in the law of war—only disproportionate collateral damage is a war crime.
